Rämsell advised Refine in connection with acquisition of Lybe Sweden AB

Rämsell has advised Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine”) on its acquisition of all shares in Lybe Sweden AB (the “Company”). The Company is a Swedish e-commerce agency offering consultation and strategic support in order to improve its customers businesses.

The purchase price was paid with cash and with issued shares in Refine.
