Rämsell advised Refine in connection with acquisition of Svenska Folkhemmet Möbler & Inredning AB

Rämsell has advised Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine”) on its acquisition of all shares in Svenska Folkhemmet Möbler & Inredning AB (the “Company”). The Company is a Swedish furniture company with four physical stores in Sweden.

The purchase price was paid with cash and with issued shares in Refine.
