Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Bio Pak

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 23 December 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Bio Pak Nutracevtika, d.o.o. (the “Company”). The Company has a sustainable profile with a strong commitment to provide natural and ecological food supplements of high quality. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 61.6 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been Swedish legal advisor and Wolf Theiss has been local legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction.
