Rämsell has advised Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine”) on its acquisition of all shares in Sqrtn Company AB (the “Company”). The Company is a Swedish retail brand that creates high quality products for people that love the way of life in the North.

The purchase price was paid with cash and with issued shares in Refine.
