Rämsell has advised Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine”) on its acquisition of all shares in Heep Agency AB (the “Company”). The Company is a Swedish digital marketing company which offers growth marketing.

The purchase price was paid with cash and with issued shares in Refine.
