Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of MedicaNatumin

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 29 March 2022 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in MedicaNatumin AB’s subsidiaries (the “Companies”). The Companies develop, produce and market food supplements, medicin technical products and dermatological and cosmetical products.

The purchase price for the shares in the Companies amounts to approx. SEK 118 million, which will be paid with cash. The seller has undertaken to invest SEK 113 of the purchase price in Humble shares.
