Rämsell advised Refine in connection with acquisition of Awelin AB

Rämsell has advised Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine”) on its acquisition of all shares in Awelin AB (the “Company”). The Company is a Swedish digital marketing company which offers both operative and strategic consultation for paid advertising online.

The purchase price was paid with cash and with issued shares in Refine.
