Rämsell advises Yaytrade in connection with its IPO and listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

Rämsell has advised Ytrade Group AB (publ) (“Yaytrade”) on its IPO and listing of shares and warrants on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Yaytrade is a Swedish fashion-tech company which operates a proprietary high-tech e-commerce market platform where premium fashion meets the circular economy, contributing to more sustainable consumer behaviour which further drives environmentally sound fashion consumption.

The first day of trading in the company’s shares and warrants on Nasdaq First North Growth Market was on 9 March 2021 and at the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was approximately SEK 87 million.
