Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisitions of five companies and two properties

Humble Group AB (publ) (previously Bayn Group AB (publ)) (“Humble”) announced on 15 April 2021 that it had entered into agreements to acquire all shares in Grahns Konfektyr AB, Kryddhuset i Ljung AB, Performance R Us AB, Nordic Sports Nutrition AB and Viterna AB (jointly, the “Companies”), including two properties. The Companies are operative within, inter alia, manufacturing of sugar free and sugar reduced candy, distribution of nutritional supplements, sales of sports nutrition products and real estate management. The aggregated purchase price for the shares in the Companies and the properties amounts to SEK 115.4 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.
