Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Wellibites

Humble Group AB (publ) (“Humble”) announced on 11 June 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Wellibites AB (the “Company”). The Company is operative within manufacturing of sugar free and vitamin-enriched sweets. Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been legal advisor to Humble and Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå AB has been legal advisor to the seller of Wellibites.
