Rämsell advises FunRock in connection with acquisition of a European game publisher

FunRock AB (under name change to Fragbite Group AB) (“FunRock”) announced on 11 May 2021 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in a European established game publisher of indie games mainly for mobile phones, tablets and consoles (the “Company”). The aggregated purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to EUR 5 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in FunRock.
