Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisitions of Nordfood and Be:Son

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 17 June 2021 that it had entered into agreements to acquire all shares in Nordfood AB and Be:Son Gross AB (jointly, the “Companies”). The Companies are two fast growing companies with a wide offering of colonial, eco- and environmentally-friendly FMCG-products. The aggregated purchase price for the shares in the Companies amounts to SEK 62 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.
