Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Marabu

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 28 June 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Marabu Markenvertrieb GmbH (the “Company”). The Company is a distributor within FMCG and specialised on cosmetic, beauty and wellness. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 75.9 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been Swedish legal advisor and Berner Fleck Wettich Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has been local legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction. Hogan Lovells International LLP has been local legal advisor to the sellers in connection with the transaction.
