Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Naty

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 28 June 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Naty AB (the “Company”). The Company is a fast-growing group with a leading position within environmentally friendly personal care-products with a focus on sustainable diapers. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 850 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been legal advisor to Humble. Rotschild & Co. has been financial advisor and Advokatbyrå DLA Piper Sweden KB has been legal advisor to the sellers in connection with the transaction.
