Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Fancystage

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 24 June 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Fancystage Unipessoal Lda (the “Company”). The Company is one of the fastest growing companies in Portugal with a leading position within production of innovative products within FMCG. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 546.5 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been Swedish legal advisor and Abreu & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL has been local legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction.
