Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of LEV Group

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 9 June 2022 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in LEV Group (the “Company”). The Company is a Portuguese brand active in the production and sale of dietary supplements as well as healthy foods, snacks, and ready-to-eat meals with high biological proteins. The Company commercializes products under its own brands with a portfolio of approx. 150 various products.

The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to approx. SEK 163.2 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been Swedish legal advisor and Shoosmiths has been local legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction.
