Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Bars Production, La Praline and Grenna Konfektyr

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 11 April 2022 that it had entered into agreements to acquire all shares in Arne och Björn AB (holding company to Bars Production i Gråbo AB), La Praline Scandinavia AB and Grenna Konfektyr AB (the “Companies”). The Companies are operative within, inter alia, production of protein bars, pralines, peppermint rocks (polkagrisar) and other candy.

The purchase price for the shares in the Companies amounts to approx. SEK 58.6 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.
