Rämsell has advised the founders and owner of Borg & Owilli AB (the “Company”) in the sale of all shares in the Company to Vo2 Cap Holding AB (publ). The Company is a leading and multiple award-winning Swedish content agency.

The aggregated purchase price (including possible earn outs) for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 117.5 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in the purchaser.
