Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Go Superfoods

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 8 April 2022 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Go Superfoods Ltd. (the “Company”). The Company is located in Sheffield, UK, and is a leading producer and supplier of premium organic and ecological superfood products. Superfoods are foods from the nature which contain high amounts of nutrients.

The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to approx. SEK 248 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been Swedish legal advisor and Shoosmiths has been local legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction.
