Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with divestment of properties to Tingsvalvet

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 15 December 2023 that it had entered into agreements to sell ten properties corresponding to an agreed value of SEK 270 million to Tingsvalvet Fastighets B (publ). The first stage of the transaction was completed in connection with signing and closing of the second stage is subject to financing. The purchase prices consist of cash and preference shares in Tingsvalvet Fastighets B (publ).

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB acted was legal advisor and Croisette Real Estate Partner was financial advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction.
