Rämsell advises Ekolution in connection with its capital raise of approximately SEK 155 million

Rämsell has advised Ekolution Holding AB (the “Company”) in connection with its capital raise of approximately SEK 155,000,000 by way of a share issue and a grant of a climate investment subsidy from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Sw. Naturvårdsverket).

The Company is a distributor of hemp based insulation material. The proceeds from the capital rise shall be used for building a factory in Skåne, Sweden.
