Rämsell advised Refine in connection with a SEK 19 million private placement and a new credit facility of SEK 15 million

Rämsell has advised Refine Group AB (publ) (“Refine”) in connection with a SEK 19 million private placement of new shares and a new credit facility of SEK 15 million from Swedbank. The proceeds from the private placement and the credit facility will be used to refinance existing debt.
