Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Soya Oy

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 5 November 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Soya Oy (the “Company”). The Company has established its own market leading Finnish brands within vegan food, Jalotofu and Jalotempe, and produces private label products that are being sold in several of the largest nondurables markets in the Nordic. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 24.6 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.
