Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Delsbo Candle

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 25 November 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Delsbo Candle AB (the “Company”). The Company is one of the leading producers of high quality and eco-labelled candles in Sweden. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 58.9 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction. Hansen Advokatbyrå AB has been legal advisor to the seller in connection with the transaction.
