Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of the remaining shares in Fermia

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 29 October 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire the remaining 49 per cent of the shares in AB Fermia (the “Company”) and indirectly a property. The Company is a Swedish producer of ingredients mixes, repackaging and adaption of recipes. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 7.5 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.
