Rämsell advises FunRock in connection with acquisition of Fragbite

Rämsell has advised FunRock AB (“FunRock”) in connection with its acquisition of all shares in Fragbite AB (“Fragbite”), an e-sport company that arranges and sends e-sport tournaments. The purchase price for the shares in Fragbite amounts to SEK 75 million, which has been paid with cash and shares in FunRock.
