Rämsell advises Bayn Group in connection with acquisition of Golden Athlete

Bayn Group AB (publ) (“Bayn”) announced on 20 November 2020 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Golden Athlete AB (“Golden Athlete”), a Swedish foodtech company with the leading Nordic brand for sugar and calorie free sauces and dressings. The purchase price for the shares in Golden Athlete amounts to SEK 13 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Bayn.
