Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisitions of Privab Ystad, Privab Trollhättan and Privab Marketing

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 16 January 2023 that it had entered into agreements to acquire all shares in Privab Grossisterna AB (Privab Marketing), Skövde Snabbgross AB (Privab Trollhättan) and Aktiebolaget Cool & Candy AB (Privab Ystad) (jointly, the “Companies”). The Companies are three of a total of seven businesses that collaborate under the Privab brand. Privab is a nationwide trade- and logistic partner within especially confectionery, snacks and beverages to retail stores and independent local costumers.

The Companies’ consolidated sales and EBITDA for 2022 are estimated to approximately SEK 498 million and SEK 28 million.
