Rämsell advised Humble Group AB (publ) in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market. The shares in Humble Group have previously been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. On the first day of trading in Humble Group’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, the market capitalization of Humble Group amounted to SEK 6 billion.

Humble Group is a Swedish FMCG group, which delivers next-generation consumer products that are better for people and the planet. Humble’s business consists of the business segments Future Snacking, Quality Nutrition, Sustainable Care and Nordic Distribution, which have a profile within health and sustainability.
