Rämsell advises Ekolution in connection with its capital raise of approximately SEK 25 million

Rämsell has advised Ekolution Holding AB (the “Company”) in connection with its capital raise of approximately SEK 25 million by way of a directed share issue.

The Company is a distributor of hemp based insulation material. The proceeds from the capital rise shall be used for building a factory in Skåne, Sweden.
