Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Carls-Bergh Pharma

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 15 October 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Carls-Bergh Pharma AB (the “Company”). The Company is a high technological developer that produces health products to the food manufacturing industry. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 17.7 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.
