Rämsell advises Humble Group in connection with acquisition of Solent

Humble Group AB (publ) announced on 23 September 2021 that it had entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Solent Global Limited (the “Company”). The Company is a leading provider of branded, licensed and white label products to the consumer sector in the UK and several international markets. The purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to SEK 968.4 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Humble.

Rämsell Advokatbyrå AB has been Swedish legal advisor and Ropes & Gray International LLP has been international legal advisor to Humble in connection with the transaction. Shoosmiths LLP has been legal advisor to the sellers of the Company in connection with the transaction.
