Rämsell advises Fragbite in connection with acquisition of Lucky Kat

Fragbite Group AB (“Fragbite”) announced on 14 December 2021 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the Dutch game developer and publisher of hypercasual- and casual games (the “Company”). The aggregated purchase price for the shares in the Company amounts to EUR 7 million, which will be paid with cash and shares in Fragbite.
